Upgrades recommendation for old i5 computer

Looks still good. But might need to upgrade the PSU and the GPU.

What is the current psu are you using? And how old is the PSU? Lastly might wanna up the ram to 1600mhz @ $90.

Should I wait for r290x to launch so price for current graphic card will drop
