Upgrading advice

I'd like to upgrade my existing GFX by purchasing:

GTX 970

However, I am unsure if it's feasible or if I have to upgrade other components as well. Hope experts here can provide me with some insightful feedback.

Existing setup:

Intel i5-3470 Desktop Processor(3.2GHz, 6MB Cache, LGA1155, 77W)
ASrock B75 Pro3-M
Corsair Desktop Memory 8GB(2x4GB) DDR3 1333MHz
MSI R7850 Twin Frozr (2048M,GDDR5, TF III, OC CrossFire)
Seasonic M12II Bronze Modular620W (12cm Fan Series)
Coolermaster Elite 311

none of the other parts will bottleneck at all. if you want to save up, pcthemes and i think best bargain has an r9 290 turboduo for $389, performance is similar to gtx 970 but all the ram usuable. can get that instead and then sell off your hd 7850

Sorry, that was a mistake, it's a single card.

Alright thank you everyone, so the length of GTX 970 (prob Zotac/Palit) will fit into my case/mobo slot yea? (really bad with specifications) If so, I'll make the go ahead. Once again, thank you everyone!
