upgrading from 5s to ip6+

so i just do a backup to itunes and when i got my ip6+ i can do a restore to new iphone?
all data will be restore back fully?

Yes including setting... Not include music n video that you sync from iTunes previously. Make sure the music n video still in your pc so that it can restore otherwise u will don't hv music
