Upgrading from i7-3770k O/C to 4.2GHz with Noctua NH-U12S, on mainboard ASUS P8Z77-V-DELUXE, Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1866MHz rams and GPU is SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon™ RX Vega64 8G HBM2

Worth it ???
$750 for 2nd-hand i7 9700K + Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming mainboard + Kingston HyperX Predator RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 rams.

I know GPU to match i7 9700K need to upgrade to Radeon 5700XT... in future...

Current SSD is Transcend SSD230S SATA III 6Gb/s - 1TB SSD

Will need to get Samsung 970 EVO SSD 1TB - M.2 NVMe Interface Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology if upgrade to i7-9700k

u can consider going ryzen 7 3700x + x570 mobo + 16gb ram

9700k around 580 u do the maths ba ram 16gb around 130-140? Price wise should be fine , but decision is up to you .

Depends on age and how much warranty is left but generally in Singapore the 2nd hand market is overpriced as the sellers tend to look at what they paid for things vs current market price.
