Upgrading gaming rig

Would like some recommendations on what parts I should get for my upgrading of rig, mainly used for gaming and watching shows.
Budget is around 1.2k+

Current setup:
Motherboard + cpu: b85-g43 gaming, i5-4570
Gpu: Zotac GTX 1070 amp edition
Monitor: benq xl2411
Ram: avexir 2x4gb 1600mhz
Psu: Seasonic g650 80+ gold
Hard drive: WD blue 1TB
SSD: plextor m5s 128gb

Please recommend me cooler for my cpu too, thanks for the help!

Ryzen 2700 + Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7, around S$600 from Amazon.

16GB of DDR4, around S$300-350

Samsung 960 Evo 500GB SSD and re-use the other parts.

Alternatively,

another 2X4 GB DDR3 used, around $50 to $60

Samsung 500GB SSD (SATA) and re-use the other parts.
