upgrading my old rig

Hi my rig is from 2011, kinda acting up already. Was wondering which part can I salvage and which can upgrade?

i5 2400 3.1
Biostar tp67b+
Corsair 4gb ddr2 (x2)
Asus eah6850 1gb
Fsp 500w gold

I play dota2 and hope to play gta5 too but on medium/average settings will do..is r7 265 ok for that?

I think you just need to upgrade your graphic card that all to a 970 or 9604gb?

Maybe add an SSD to improve load time.

I am still running on my 2600K just upgrading my GPU and SSD.
