It has 1gb video card and running on HDD

Should I upgrade
1. the hdd to sdd to boot windows 10?
2. Upgrade video card to 4Gb

Which should be first choice or worthwhile investment?

Adding an SSD should be your first priority. Samsung 860 evo 256GB can be had cheaply now at less than $90.

With your current GPU, I assume you are not into gaming. If this is not the case, I would suggest a second-hand GTX 970 at around $100 to $120 or second-hand GTX 1070 at around $300 depending on your budget.

Based on the few detail of his current rig, should 6-7 years old. Not sure will run into driver issue with Win 10.

best to upgrade to ssd first, cfm will feel much faster alr, definitely worth the investment.
the 4gb gpu see what suits your needs lor. if u just surf web watch youtube all this, then no need to upgrade, can even consider running off the igpu on ur cpu if have. but if u thinking of starting to game u also need consider what ur demands are, and 4gb of vram is a completely useless metric until we know what card u r looking at.

i recommend crucial bx500 if you have more than 4GB ram. normal speed 500MBps. use momentus cache
