Hi guys,

Currently. my rig has the following specs,

Motherboard: Asus h97 pro
CPU: intel core i5-4690
RAM: 2x g skill f3-12800cl9d-4gb
Power supply: SF-550F14MT
Casing: Coolermaster n500
GPU: GTX750TI-OC-2GD5
Space: 2TB HDD and 128 gb ssd

Now the thing is I want to upgrade my GPU to GeForce® GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 6G or GeForce® GTX 1060 WINDFORCE OC 3G.

I am wondering whether is it suitable for me to just upgrade the GPU if so is my rig compatible for an direct upgrade? Otherwise should i just buy a new rig?

but if u upgrade your gpu for what use? to play games or rendering?

next just grab 3GB is more than enough if your monitor not intend to upgrade more than 1080p.

next overall u can consider getting a SSD, since i dun see any storage aground.

den 3GB is more than enough for your current specs. and maybe u can consider adding another 8GB ram.

as for the compatible is good, since im using my sandy bridge with rx 470 and its working well.
