No need to upgrade processor... A SSD will be a much better upgrade.

CPU looks good.
Just spend the money on an SSD and GPU.

Upgrade your keyboard, mouse and monitor. Buy better fans for more cooling. Buy SSD for faster load times. Buy got RAMs for extreme speed. Change to a better looking casing. A lot of things you can do with 800 bucks.

hmmm depends on what you are planning to use it for lo. a 270x will be a good upgrade.

yepp but take note that it wont be a great marginal jump from your current gtx650
