Upgrading rig, please advise

Ok firstly my pc cant detect my keyboard and then now windows would not load. I am guessing its motherboard issue? Thus intend to upgrade

Current specs
Intel core i5 750 2.66ghz
Msi p55 cd53 motherboard
Kingston 4gb 1333
Sapphire 5750 1gb graphics
Andyson f500m
Budget ard $500 to $800

Thinking of keeping my i5 but change mobo to fix my issue
Maybe upgrade graphics card?

Not possible as the socket is different. Your old i5 should be LGA 1156. The new CPU socket is LGA1150.

Drop the 2133mhz rams..... useless de... get 1600mhz rams will do.

1600mhz and 2133mhz wun make any difference in your gaming. Just go for 2x 4GB 1600mhz rams.

Ok, i read that the msi mobo supports ddr3-1600, does this means higher than 1600 wont work?

You could sort of say that... But even if it does support up to 3000mhz, it wun affect your gaming.

Best performance-price ratio is at 1600mhz liao..
