ASrock B75m-DGS
Kingston 4gb ddr3
MSI gtx660 Twin frozr
Crucial M4 256gb SSD
WD 1tb blue
Silver Stone 500W PSU
Sharkoon Ms140 casing

i am looking to change my Mobo + CPU + Ram to skylake (need recommendation with budget around 500-600)
will be using back my gfx + hdd + psu + casing

my question would be , would my gtx660 be bottle neck ?

thanks in advance

Yup.

You are better off putting the entire budget into GPU.

Thanks all,

Problem is the rig have been auto restart whenever i am playing game which i forget to mention earilier

initially thought it was GPU problem but i went to RMA it and turn out there was nothing wrong so concluded it might be mobo/cpu problem

running memtest is fine thus decided to change those parts

It can be PSU issue also.

i have a spare psu thus not considering getting one

would it be possible to get new mobo+cpu+ram+gpu with my initial budget?

how old is ur psu? even ur spare psu? if more than 5 years without any warranty left best get a new one to be safe. :o

Try a different psu to test the auto restart issue. you can upgrade your gpu and or maybe upgrade RAM.
