Heard TIFF files from DSLR will target a small thumbnail on the left corner ( small ) after uploading into FB . Anyway to get rid?

It's better to convert to JPG and then upload. I have never uploaded TIFF directly to FB, therefore unable to say about the quality.

FB still slaughters the picture quality due to compression. JPG is the best I have found so far.

Don't bother uploading photos in high resolution as Facebook drastically compresses them.
