Ordered a phone from Xiaomi. Service provider for phone is UPS.
29 April 2014: UPS made a delivery but no one at home to receive.
30 April 2014: Called UPS to reschedule delivery, given date and time is 30 April 2014 from 6 pm to 11pm. Rushed home early to receive package waited till 10pm still no delivery, called UPS but line closed for the day.
1 May 2014: Labour day Holiday
2 May 2014: Called up to arrange delivery, again promised to deliver on 2 May 2014 from 8 pm to 10 pm. Waited at home from 8 pm to 10 pm. again delivery did not turn up.
3 May 2014: Called UPS again to reschedule deliver, got in contact with a call centre guy, say he will check. put me on hold till line cut off after 15 minutes.
5 May 2014: Checked the delivery schedule in Xiaomi website, information only updated until the call on 30 April 2014. "SINGAPORE SG , WE RECEIVED A REQUEST TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY OF THIS PACKAGE. THE REQUEST IS IN PROGRESS. / WE'VE RESCHEDULED THIS DELIVERY."
Now: Decided to wait for their call but before that rant it here.
