UPS suitable for residential (HDB) electrical system

Are there any UPS suitable for connecting to a HDB 13A wall socket? Assuming that I need 1.5kVA from the UPS, would the 13A socket be suitable for providing mains power to the UPS?

13A socket can support approximately or close to 2 units of 1.5kVA UPS excluding the power factor which I forgot the actual figure.

For Singapore think no need ba I used one 10 years ago then realised it was a white elephant. Haven't had a power failure at all (maybe once in the last 10 years)
