urgent advice needed for PC build

hi everyone,

my desktop is in need of upgrading but i only have a budget of 1k - 1.2k
i have very little knowledge about the components and would greatly appreciate any help offered here.

i frequently use sketchup, autocad and photoshop. once in awhile i might play games such as battlefield 3/4 and lord of the rings online.

my budget is set aside solely for the tower build. many thanks in advance!
