Urgent help on crash computer!! TQVM

I had a crash hard disc, due to exiting windows7_OS before all files have been written to it.

I did not have recovery disc, HP comes with a partition D which I never bother to burn one set of recovery disc.

Someone suggested I buy a casing, take out the hard disc to copy the important data files.

HP service centre had verify the hardisk had no hardware problem, indeed they can see the file contents, but they will not help me to copy it out. They also verify that the mother board is OK.


So, I took the advise to get a hardisk casing. When I plug it into a spare computer, it show three message boxes.
A, new volume (open folder to view files). I presumed this correspond to my C: drive.
B, system reserved (G). I presumed this correspond to my partition D: drive.
C, do you want to scan and fix Windows 7_OS. Scan and fix (recommend) and continue without scanning.

It also have an option, asking me do I want to burn the system reserved.



What should I do?

Call HP telephone support for assist. Should make noise to their customer service officer.

ur OS is corrupted. u turned off windows while it was doing windows update issit? corrupt windows if ur lucky the windows startup repair option when booting up can help u. if cannot then u hv to get ur data out of the harddisk and then reinstall windows

and install the iso to ur usb via this software.


i don't know why u are willing to pay for such an easy thing that you can do for free and save you 20$
