Cable management too tokgong so cant see much. Just make sure your cpu and motherboard's cables are plugged in. Cpu cable looks ok from your vid so check your motherboard power cable. Should be the fattest cable

Are the I/O connectors the correct polarity? Just because the wording is at the front doesn't mean the polarity all the same.

If cables are all correct, either the power supply or motherboard got issue.

Not really if distro still has same generation motherboard, can transfer over the bios chip if not soldered.

In this I like Biostar and Gigabyte dual bios solution for when bios has problems.

p/s rem to clean off old thermal paste on cpu, then re-install the heatsink & fan back onto the cpu first before attempting to power on...!

and ur sata cables to ssd/hdd? look either loose or not connected...

Took out but don't know how to put it back? Next time take a pic before you unplug anything you are not familiar with, this apply to everything too besides pc.

Not easy to see from your shaky video with vague question. Will be much easier if you embed pictures here.

If u have the time, plug in the psu + mobo firsr, and see if it starts. You can turn on the pc by shorting the two pins which connects to the casing power button
