Since it's urgent, why not u go over to SLS PC theme , tell them the budget and the things u have and want to be included in it.

Wait for them to build it like maybe a 20 mins job. Pay the money and go off.

$100 tip is crazy, other shops can recommend for free and assemble for $20 more
