Urgent!!

Hi all, some issue with my computer.

Screen fail to load to desktop after starting up. Gave me a black screen instead but mouse cursor still can be move around.
It's after the windows loading page.

Still using winXP sp2.

r u able to launch windows xp in safe mode?

and how come your windows xp is not sp3?

TS, list down all parts of your rig here.
Based on your Win XP, can safely assume rig is more than 5 years old.
