Urgently need help for note 8.0

As titled. My wife's note 8.0 updated to 4.2.2 and now the UI cannot be accessed by fingers, can only use s-pen. Any one can advise? TIA!!

did she backup before she updated to 4.2.2 ? if yes revert back first . 4.2.2 a lot of issues now...

she has alr backup her stuff to dropbox, does that suffice? and how can i do a revert? once again, TIA! have a nice day ahead all!

use samsung kies for backup, so you can revert next time.

A reboot also cannot? Sounds like a firmware issue. The only way is to do a factory restore..
