I recently after i reformat the laptop, the video become distorted.

Download the latest graphic Drivers from the notebook oem (not recommended as it’s really outdated) or from Nvidia/Intel and AMD. Use display driver uninstalled (DDU) to remove any remnants of your graphics driver.

Install new drivers, reboot when promoted and try again.
