US app store account payment

Anyone can share what alternative to add for payment for those using US account?
Recently my card expired and i change to sg credit card cannot add to the US account.

2 Options:
1. Use a locally issued AMEX card - most of the time will work
2. Find an address in the US that matches your SG postal code (they just use 5 digits) and update it as your address to trick the credit card to match with a local US address.

Anyway I use PayPal option
