how does Tix4tonight work?
http://www.tix4tonight.com/half-price-vegas-show-tickets.html

Seems like need to go down physically to book on the day itself? What if no ticks LOL. Anyone has experience on this?

Interested in Ka, O , Le Reve and Jersey Boys.

Go to the booth and see what's available for the day/next day. Then after you buy,go to the show's box office to exchange the voucher for the actual ticket + confirm your seats. So the earlier you go to the box office, the better your chance of getting better seats. Didn't pay attention to all the shows available but I remember seeing jersey boys being available!

Can briefly explain on this?

Some people don't like surprises. I bid for the rooms in Vegas and the first night I got Luxor which led to some dismay. The old wing of Luxor sucks.

The second night was Excalibur, I was delighted because Excalibur went through reno and the rooms are definitely better than Luxor.

Oh so means you can only specify the location i.e Vegas strip? You won't know where you'd be staying?

Yep. For SF, I bid for a hotel in the Chinatown area and got the Grant. Surprised me a lot. That hotel locale is quite good.

There are quite a few branches I think. Saw one at Bill's, one at MGM. I stayed at Bill's, every morning just pop downstairs to check :s13:

For me I used Hotwire to book a room for 3 and not all hotels have this available. Then I compared the amenities/area/no. of stars/cust satisfaction with those on betterbidding. Roughly can guess which one you will get, then see if you don't mind those!

To book for rooms in the US, you can use all the means available to you.

If you are a Plus! card holder or have means to earn Linkpoints, go to Linkpoints page and connect to Zuji. Priced in SGD.

Hotwire.com is fun to use if you are the bidding kind of person and it is addictive. Priced in USD.

Priceline.com.sg also can and it will be priced in SGD though.

The usual Hotels.com etc as well. Use every means to get a cheaper room.

OK I booked my GC accommodation @ Thunderbird lodge as it's near El Tovar. At least can still eat the dinner at El Tovar. BTW, any 7-11 store nearby haha. Took level 1 can listen to Elks :s13:

I arrange in such a way that

2 days Vegas
1 day GC ( confirmed lodging )
2 days Vegas

Maybe I should get a hotel at the North Strip and South Strip for the other?

Anyone went for CSI : Experience?

I went for David Copperfield. Was nice but pretty short and he was talking more than performing. Still worth a watch though.

Anyway you can check out Flamingo GO deluxe rooms. Very new set of rooms, just renovated. Paid 45usd/night. On par with the rooms @ MGM. Had a room with the perfect view, view of the Bellagio waterfalls and the strip. Flamingo is right smack on the centre of the strip.

Best is get middle of strip then you can walk wherever you like. Theres no 7-11 :s13: but there's a pretty big supermarket! (I think you follow the signs to "Market") and each lodge should have some basic necessities in their shop downstairs.

How much per night?

If I use hotwire/priceline, San Fran U Square west or east. What price to start? :D

You use Hotwire or Priceline big gamble. Might not even get it. Remember, they don't tell you the hotel name. Just the locale.

Priceline like must use the .SG hor

The .SG the geographic is very wide :( as compared to US site.
But I can't seem to bid on the US site due to the country field which is fixed ( not including SG ).

I'm looking at Union Sq West/East.
