Hey guys need experts help here.

Currently I'm holding on to some LVGO shares. Since Teledoc is making a takeover offer and paying partial cash & Teledoc shares, should I continue holding LVGO?

Is the partial cash component subject to withholding tax? Even though its not dividends. Thanks!

I'm in the same position as you. To add on to your qns, what happens to the partial tdoc shares that I'll be getting, if my broker dont allow partial shares?

wah didn't think of that. Yup hope others can chime in.
On the verge of selling and taking profit and maybe purchasing back TeleDoc shares since I wanna hold long term and don't like the uncertainty
