Bought Larvotto Resources on ASX (gold, copper and antimony). Mine under construction. Acquisition target by UAMY.
Using gold and UAMY as indicator.

Any formula to close your Puts and take profits?

Adam Khoo recommended 80% while chatgpt recommends to close at 50 to 70%

If you are like Adam Khoo don’t mind owning the stock can hold until 80% to take profit or let it expire . If you want quick buck don’t want to wait so long then 50-70% take profit can already. After that free up buying power to sell other puts.

If it ever reaches that price first then say.
By then reach, most like lose their balls to invest. Same as my bear friends who every year forecast property and stock price, OCR condo from $1200psf to $2200psf. By the time crash 30% still $1540psf. Which is still higher than the time they start to talk cock. Stocks also same la. Google previously $120, they also never enter. Haha

Last time I buy NKE at $60 , sold at $72. Re-entered at $58. Limited downside for a wide moat company imo. Short term trade.

The moat is why? Many ppl said Nike narrow moat
The company has been heavily bruised due to mismanagement from previous CEO. However despite this, It's brand power is synonymous with sports and inspiration and it still retain an enormous economies of scale & worldwide reach. I would not bet big on it as it is considered a turn around company. It might go even lower but I think the downside is limited imo.

It also pays 1.96% dividend (after accounting for 30% US tax).

New CEO Elliott Hill is a Nike veteran who is focusing on "reconnecting with retail partners" (like Foot Locker) and moving away from the failed "direct-to-consumer only" strategy.

Netflix I will buy at around 70ish. It is trading at around fair value now, I need it to be discounted for margin of safety.
