I only hold 10k emergency fund and 5k cash to pay off my monthly credit card bills wor. Thats why market dipped i cant do anything coz fully allocated

Not guru but hardwork flip every Sat classified ads.

My past investments rental can cover most/all expenses initially and then later on rental went up enough to have spare inflow to beef up capital and whack another one.
