The one I posted has a LAN port yours don't have. Mine also supports DisplayLink. But compatibility maybe an issue. PD of 60W is sufficient yo power most laptops with PD support. If you talk of PD 100W it's not even enough to power the DELL's XPS 17 for its own power brick is already 130W.
If you are real serious and want good quality I would suggest you look for a docking station instaed of a hub. Of course they are expensive especially those high end ones like from DELL, BELKIN, PLUGABLE etc
Note if you are looking for Thunderbolt 3 feature it's best to wait a while longer for docking stations with Thunderbolt 4 will be out soon

Just wanna share my experience with USB-C hubs...
My first U-Green hub actually worked well to my needs however as the cable is short and stiff, I bot a extension USB-C cable from shopee. Once I plugged in the extension USB-C cable, my monitor flickered a few times and that it, the U-Green hub is damaged! Likewise for the extension USB-C cable!
So I proceeded to get a Vention USB-C hub + Vention extension USB-C cable during 99 sales...
The Vention USB-C hub works well by itself but once I connect it with the Vention extension USB-C cable, the RJ45 port stopped working. So I gave up with the extension cable.
Few days with the Vention USB-C hub, I connected a ext HDD and guess what? My monitor flickered a few times again and that it! Vention USB-C hub is damaged!
Today the Vention replacement has arrived, tried with extension cable and RJ45 surprisingly worked now.
Will continue to monitor the new hub but no more faith in its QC now...
