This one 480Mbps is USB 2.0 standard leh, not recommended at all

Get them for cheaper from Carousell. And since OP just needs it for display out and USB ports, it's fine. I've had both the basic Lenovo USB-C dock and Dell WD19TB work fine across HP Elitebook, Dell Latitude & Precision and Apple MBP for such use cases.
