USB headset need to install special driver software

Need to install any special software to make them work under Windows or not?

Or will work once plugged in like any 3.5mm audio jack headset?

Update: I think the driver installation is all automated once it is plugged in. On Windows 7, Windows will search and use the driver it can find through Windows update.

Perhaps for Windows 8 and 10, it will come pre-installed.

There is no need for some custom headset manufacturer/vendor drivers to download from its web site.
