USB problems

My usb3.0 exthdd cannot be detected when connected to any rear usb3.0 ports, but can be detected by the usb2.0 port.

However, my usb2.0 thumbdrive can be detected on all ports. My keyboard and mouse also no problem.

Why so funny?

USB 3 driver issue.
Alternative you can get a USB 3 Y cable with 2 heads and use the additional head for extra power.

try re-install the 3.0 drivers, had the same issue with my retired asrock board.




that seem to fix the issue, i have to re-install once in awhile to get the ports to work on a extl usb 3.0 hddd
