USB Type C adapter

Saw quite a few USB type c adapter on the market. Some phone already using USB type c port for charging. Some power bank (eg. Xiaomi 10000mah pro) also having USB type c port.

Anyone know if use a normal USB cable (currently most of our phone's charging cable) and attach to a USB type c adapter can right? Will it fetch the same charging speed like using a original USB type c cable?

Noob here... Any enlightenment from experts here?

U managed to source for an affordable typc c adaptor? Most retail selling $20 and up which is ridiculous.

Charging speed will be about 1.5 go 2A speed only. Depending what kind of quick charge tech your phone have. Remax USB C cable only 5 bucks if buy from qoo10, can charge up to 2.1A, means decent normal speed for non-quick charge.

Usually to use quick charge, if your phone support it, require both quick charge compatible cable and charger. Using an adapter don't work if im not wrong.
