Wonder who changed usd just to enjoy the higher interest rate vis-a-vis sgd.

Foreign currency FD not only specific to USD has same game play mechanics as foreign currency stock after you sell. Don't change back to SGD you are a winner. If change back you maybe a small winner or bad luck loser even. Tread with care.
