use gas stove vs electric rice cooker slow boil which one cheaper??

If gas is cheaper than electricity where you live, use gas. Otherwise, use electricity.

And Singapore electricity is expensive.

Gas is faster unless urs is good wok if not the bones is hard

Electric stove long but normally the bones will be soft nicer to eat

On that note, would an induction heater be more expensive than traditional gas stove then ?

moi thinking of buying a herbal soup packet and frozen cheekon with bones and boil everything...

after done cooking portion it to a few servings then freeze them. can eat over few meals cheaply

I dun think herbal cheekan can eat like that....Kali cheekan or braised fatty pork belly is fine but herbal cheekan later might become very 老 and bitter :o
