Honda Fit Used car issue.

Hi, I’m new to this forum. Appreciate for the advice on my issue. I just bought a COE Honda Fit 1.3G and on the second day, yellow light engine appear. When to the workshop, they say there’s an issue on my catalyst. They quoted me 2k for replacement. My Mechanic say can claim for my auto dealer due to lemon law. My Mechanic cleared the engine warning and asked me to monitor few days time. Should I wait till it appear again? Or should I just straight go to my auto dealer?

Tell your car dealer to fix it. Insist on it. This is not wear and tear and you have 6 months “warranty period” by law.

Of cos if ppl can pay for u, get it fix.

If cannot, monitor first. Last resort, find ways to skirt the problem. Tat u must google.

What’s the estimate cost? My first time owning a car. Old post stated around 1.8k. U think do in jb good idea?

Yea, :/ third day now aircon halfway not cold after I off the aircon then on it back.

Yup they use it. Stated P0420

U can start by replacing the o2 sensors. Always try cheap before spending big.

I don't recommend overhaul unless it's the last resort where everything just fails

Yup they use it. Stated P0420

Erratic aircon especially when ac is not cold when the car is stationary could mean the radiator fans are out. In that case, engine might overheat. Take note.

there is a few scrapyard in woodland industrial.
the 1 next to admiralty road west.

I think 300 can settle. the parts, no people want. they have many.
