User profile service cannot be loaded

Hi,
I am using win10 with only one user account, but recently I faced this issue of trying to even login to the computer as every time it just shows the error of User profile service cannot be loaded.

I tried Google and tried a few of the recommended steps ; using repair , system restore etc. But it just prompted cannot be repair or cant perform system restore etc.

There's this step about logging in to safe mode to enable the hidden administrator in win10, but when I tried getting into safe mood, I need to log in to my account again, and i'll get another error.

Are there any other methods I can try besides reformatting the computer? Thanks!

You can try booting to command prompt using the Win10 installation media.

Use Option One : https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2880-command-prompt-boot-open-windows-10-a.html

Then change directory to c:\users and rename your userid to say userid.old , then reboot computer and sign in normally.
A new user profile should be created. You may then copied whatever data from \user\userid.old to your new profile...
