He should be infracted, because he frequently mentioned/brought up other forumers parents during any debate

Can you provide any examples of this?

I have looked through over 200 of his last posts and there is not a single mention of any forumer's parents. In fact the only mention of anyone's parents at all was the mentioning of Amos Yee's father

In my opinion that is nowhere near the "frequently" that you have stated.

me know another edmwer who does dat and insults too. this edmwer cannot except the fact dat not everyone will be on the same page when comes to watever subject. told this edmwer off in the nicest possible way. haven't seen repeated insult-ppl's-parents behaviour. but the petty behaviour still exists.
