i believe scb is the worst due to all the misc fees imposed

I use either Citibank or everyday..

Use those that you have good rebates (i.e. Manhattan or Citi Rewards). Do check if they count overseas transactions as well. I think POSB Everyday doesn't. If not cash will usually be the best option.
