Using data sim as home internet

Hi all, my internet home bb is expiring soon..I am not renewing cos I am going to sell my house. I am curious if I subscribe to data sim card, will it matter if I hotspot using my old phone as hotspot dongle or sld I get a proper dongle or even router for data sim card?
I tried to hotspot using my mobile phone to connect to tv and play netflix, it's kinda of laggy but it doest lag on my phone itself.

Telco and phone detail?

Do take note that some telco has a daily data limit and once you hit the daily limit your data speed will be greatly reduce.

If you internet usage is low and for a few months can stick with mobile hotspot. (if you using it for netfix and etc suggest you get a WIFI enable dongle or Router)

hi @tellim , i research abit about after your plan data usage what is the reduce speed, there is nowhere to be found.
