Using SAF pixelated utility bag for school use ?

So I have this SAF pixelated utility bag and am planning to use it for school as it is damm comfortable and big can put a lot of files and stuff inside however , there's an SAF tag in it that has the supplier , unit of issue , contract no , Ssn all that. So I'm just wondering if I should bring it to school or isit illegal to do so cause I haven't serve ?

By right is SAF property & you cannot use it for your own.

By left as long as you don't mind people looking or laughing at you, just do it.

My concern more on the SAF tag with information like supplier , unit of issue, contract no , Ssn & etc. Advice you to take it out if you want to use it.

Any tom dick harry or mas selamat can go to hock gift shop or black tactical to buy a pixelated backpack that looks similar to what SAF issues. I doubt provost has time or manpower to stop every tom dick harry or osama who carries a pixelated backpack to check if its SAF issue.

You can wear the force sports attire, bag and boots for normal life daily uses. But make sure don't wear anything with the force logo on them and doing illegal/funny things with them. Where people can any how complain/stomp you and get you into trouble.

But best is try to preserve some of these items for reservists.

for such a bag, although i agree is very handy.. i find it strange weird to see it being used in overseas. as in NSmen pursuing studies overseas.

for obvious reasons, it is an identity of Sg NSmen but on an extreme budget side.

Found the PTI running shorts and the dri-fit singlets quite comfortable. Bought a few to wear at home.
