Using Thai sim card in SG

I’m intending to buy tickets online for an event, but the website needs thai mobile number for the confirmation sms...

Is it possible if I buy the thai tourist sim cards and use it in SG to receive the sms? If not possible, is there another way for me to receive the sms?

ask someone who have Thai Sim cards with roaming activated to help u receive the SMS and forward to u lor...

if you really can't find anyone then let me know.. I have Thai number that has roaming activated to sometimes perform ibanking transactions.
