Using USB 3 port freezes my com

Hi guys,

I have an old mini ITXrunning windows 7 which is experiencing freezing when i use the USB3.0 ports.

I am running 890GX with Phenom II 965 i think. Is this a board issue? I need to update my bios? or reseat the switch inside?
