Hi all ... are there any ways to make it 100% running sorely from GPU?
All parts are up to date. Even BIOS.
Tried every methods that I can find but to no avail.

op what you mean by "make it 100% running sorely from GPU"?

If you want more FPS, upgrade to 5800X3d as mentioned. If still not enough I think you need 4090 :o

But back track a bit, you can always squeeze more FPS by setting graphics settings to all low.

can first try to set your gpu performance to prefer maximun performance in nvcp.

in game using "full screen exclusive" & graphic setting try to lower to basic or low.

if you know how to lock your gpu frequency like the undervolting method through msi afterburner you can try as well that would give more consistent gpu performance in game.

get at least a ryzen 7600 to bring your 4080 potential out. It is a waste your gpu is powerful but unable to enjoy and change to 4k if you can. I would just stick to 4070/6800XT/3080 if gaming at 1440p,

For most games, the higher the resolution ( 1440p or higher ), it is normal for overall CPU usage to remain low. It's more important to see if all the cores are being utilised or only a few. Can consider a upgrade to 5700x, also 8 cores with better IPC

- BIOS up to date?
- Latest AMD chipset with Ryzen power plan installed?

Recommend try clean install of windows with latest drivers and try again.
The chipset driver use AMD website.

the other option to boost the benchmarks fps is to use the upscaling DLSS.

Just increase your graphics settings and you will become 100% GPU bottleneck
