fwahh .. the crowd at SS just now was like a weekend

ppl w/ trolley-load of stuffs,
no joke :s13:

wonder whut so special happening tdy

These people are insane. Whenever they released vouchers, even 8am during my usual grocery shopping will be crowded like crazy, as if all the things are free. Then finally when they finished the CDC vouchers, the crowd went back to usual and now with SG60 vouchers, they are out again for a shopping spree. Not like the vouchers will expire in one month's time. So kiasu! And serves them right for not keeping the CDC vouchers and couldn't get last time the SS CDC payment offer.

Even with voucher-use offers from those supermarkets, I can never understand the rush to use up those vouchers. Granted some might be have been waiting to get some groceries with the vouchers, otherwise they couldn't afford to (?), but why the big crowd?

Many are with hungry tummy, more then u ever thought of

Media and news kept painting pictures of roses and rainbows, saying so many jobs but nobody wants to take up .... Reality is people are jobless/retrenched, hard to even grant an interview.

Adult no need to eat, children and elderlies need to.

Many lower income families are surviving on instant noodles, and free canned food from charity organisations... Dun even have eggs. Lunch/dinner just 1 small pack mee goreng each ...

Now finally they can get some proper food, meat and eggs .

😭

confusing pics
one whole pack
then single pack
then bowl noodles

the 600gm is on what? :s22:
Usually for packet type one is around 100g lor. Bowl type is around 100-130g. That's why I see also blur.
I checked Fairprice website it should be packet type. Means buy 1 packet get 1 packet free. But the picture quite blur not sure 1 big packets got how many packs inside? Haha

Coz there's always the fear that the gahmen might just change its mind and "take back" the vouchers.
