If you are not looking for change I would suggest you just be contented staying in your current work...The point of further study is to look for better opportunities...

Most of the distance learning degree involves 2-3 days per week of night lessons. You mention your work is "minumum work 7 days 2 weeks in one month", do you know that this is impossible for you to even attend lessons or even do projects?

If you aren't willing to sacrifice a little for a bigger gain in future, I would suggest you just give up thinking about getting a degree.

Is top up degree useful to get into private sector management level with a few years of IT experiences?

The thing is, you mentioned applying for UNISIM...you think with your work schedule, can you can attend the lessons? UNISIM part time classes are usually at night on weekdays and Saturdays sometimes...

What kind of flexibility you want? Study 2 weeks rest 2 weeks?

I think instead of asking for suggestions here, you might as well tell me which kind of degree other then self study offers such kind of schedule.

If you think the pay is holding you back, there is nothing anyone here can suggest to you.

If TS's working schedule so not flexible (Work 7 days 2 Weeks in 1 mth), i rather him to give up the hope for getting a part-time degree:s22::s22:
