Value for money laptop/ tablet recommendation?

Hello guys,

Unfortunately, my laptop for 3 years has recently broken down and I am looking to get a replacement. My budget is about $1000-$1200 and it will be mainly used for streaming and watching videos and occasionally for writing reports. I am looking for value for money laptop/tablet, any recommendations? Thanks guys!
