Hhmmm I meant nothing but for TP to obtain your contact and not letting you know who to call back to, who is handling all these cases sound 'red alert' to me, just me personally.

I do not know how it works in Youtube but once again, for me to 'pass' my personal detail/information online just 'smell fishy' to me.

Or is it me that is out-dated?
Paiseh if I am....

yup, i thought of the possibility of some bogus people trying to phish for contacts. but anyway it's just my phone number. worst that can happen is getting some nuisance calls. Anyway it's all peaceful so far, still hoping TP will contact me before i forget the details

Likewise, you may wanted to email back TP on the following and get them to revert to you who to get back to?

Cause if any person 'act' as a police is a crime to do so, which you may wish to voice it out.

ok, TP has reverted to me with the usual question - my details, willingness to testify in court etc and i have replied to them. Hopefully it don't have to escalate to the extend of going to court :s13:

TP has gotten back to me:

driver has commited an offence of "Inconsiderate Driving under Section65(b) of the road traffic act chapter 276". driver was only given a stern warning.

just a stern warning after all the trouble i took just to make this stupid report. now i understand why so many people are reluctant to report any incident they see on the road, especially they are not directly invovled.

knn he almost caused an accident but just received stern warning nia. even parking without coupon causes one $30 :s27:

Welcome to Singapore. They probably don't have the resources to follow up.

I've just about had it with the public services here. Just think about it. The population has increased by how much but do you think we've increased the staffing for our public services by the same amount? This whole country is surviving on a facade whilst holes are appearing underground and sooner or later the place will sink.

What I noticed is that usually they give stern warning if you reported and incident you captured on the road but then it didn't concern you. If the SUV did that to you and you got the video then maybe will not be just a warning already.

Whenever I send in videos of cars driving recklessly but not close to me while I am cycling, the action taken usually is stern warning whereas if a car overtake me very closely and I send in the video then the letter will state that they will charge the driver with inconsiderate driving and then again remind me that might need to go to court.
