VEP Start Today?

Hi, is VEP starting today 1st Oct 2019? I need to drive in later, I have only registered for VEP but yet to receive notification to collect the VEP RFID, will there be problem when going through the customs.

Any bros went in today, please update. Thanks.

Anyone here manage to register and obtain your VEP RFID tag for your vehicle?
