very terrible experience with Gmask.......

went to gmask at vivo city last Sat, the girl there didn't finished her job then return me my new iPhone4, and changed my SIM card also with someone i didn't know, i had to waste the whole sunday morning to take back my SIM card, after i found that my iPhone4 lost one of the button, i realized that the Gmask girl didn't finish her job and i had to go to Bishan Gmask to get the girls there to finish job in Sunday afternoon, the girl there asked me to wait for more than 2 hours then start to cut my iPhone again............

Never do Gmask again.......... a terrible experience..........

I don't know about others but I will never ever allow some amateur to use pen knife on my expensive gadgets no matter how good looking the wrap it.

Haha you are not alone.... did gmask at bishan also. Only thing i can say is the workmanship freaking suk.. i took of the gmask 2 hr later after they applied.

few years back, i gmask my iphone and no problem on it. i prefer gmask than invisible shield coz it wont accumulate dust and turn yellowish. The setback is that after a year, some parts will start to peel off but anyway its fine coz it managed to protect from scratches for almost a year. Its a thin film and always maintain the originality of the iphone. just my honest opinion. i wanted to do on my macbook air but the price they quote me was to expensive.

a few weeks ago i went to gmask my iPhone in Vivocity also, i did a full masking, after i came back and took my iPhone, i found they scratched my touch screen!!! i was so angry and request for refund, they said that the scratches already there before they did it......

I haven't experience Gmask before. What is their mode of operation? They paste on then trim away the excess? If that's the case, it's way too dangerous.

I thought you can find online lots of skins with ready-made cut-outs that fit accurate already. Stick on is easy too. Why still bother going to install mask and risk getting scratches here and there?

Yes, that is the way they are doing, that is why i found scratches after they did. The worst thing is that when i showed them the scratches, they asked me for the proof that they are the one who make the scratches. i will suggest to all my friends not to do wrapping from Gmask.

Now i using gelaskins to cover the scratches made by Gmask, and it looks pretty good, the price is much much lower than Gmask, and very easy to apply also, no need to worry about scratches at all.
