Vibration at the lighting cable head when charging

Hi I have a brand new verbatim iphone cable

The head I can feel static electricity running through I think it's not normal as the original Apple Calbee doesn't vibrdste

Leakage current. Not static. Not vibrations.

Use the charger that came with the phone, plus the verbatim cable and see if you still feel it. Also what iPhone is it?
