It's been almost 3 years since I first bought stuff from Videopro's web store, and they are getting more and more impressive. I've now spent close to S$2,000 with them the last couple of years and my, my....

I ordered some items for a new rig yesterday 2pm (mono, CPU, case and PSU) and i received a call an hour later, asking if they would deliver the items at 7pm, same day!

I do get stuff from them too. I think it is a good deal if you are thinking of buying bulky items since they deliver to your doorstep.

I been supporting Videopro, all products are local warranty except certain parts like Intel SSD. Furthermore i find their prices are as competitive against other shops

Well hope T.S. is luckier than me.
Bought a full DIY PC from them in 2011. After slightly more than 1 year, SSD died. Tried to RMA thru BL but was told it is not under them. Tried calling VP, was told it was stated clearly in the receipt it was one - year. Ended up contacting manufacturer and RMA thru them.
When buying the system from them did not go thru item by item which is local distributor, which is parallel import. This was not highlighted by the sales person.
Lesson learnt - make sure item you purchase have local distributor sticker or be prepared to any RMA yourselves.
